No More Plastic at Whole Foods

If you've been shopping at Whole Foods lately, you've noticed that they phased out their plastic grocery bags. They'll bag your items in recycled paper ones and they encourage shoppers to bring their own reusable bags. Whole Foods will even give you 5 cents toward your grocery bill for every shopping bag you bring!

There are several events for the rest of April at Whole Foods in Springfield too. (I'm sure that the other stores in the area are having events. The Springfield one just happens to be where I was today.)

Free Spring Makevovers with Mineral Fusion Cosmetics on April 20th from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

Half Pint Club: Earth Day! on April 22nd at 11:00 a.m.

Cooking Class: Earth-Friendly Foods! on April 24th at 7:00 p.m.

Call 703-644-2500 to sign up.
